Walking is also an EFFECTIVE form of exercise

You don't have to run or jog to achieve exercise results. I cannot run or jog because I have early onset of osteoarthritis at 41 years old.

I usually walk between 7 to 15 kilometers per day. The next morning I will discover that my blood glucose has dropped to 4.8 to 5.1 mmol/L.

This shows that walking is also an effective form of exercise, as it causes my blood glucose to drop the next morning.
