Why do I get AES-NI CPU Crypto: Yes (inactive)?

Good evening from Singapore,
Why do I get AES-NI CPU Crypto: Yes (inactive)?
Why is it inactive? Is it supposed to be inactive? How do I make it active?
My processor is as follows:
AMD Athlon 3000G with Radeon Vega Graphics
Current: 2300 MHz, Max: 3500 MHz
4 CPUs: 1 package(s) x 2 core(s) x 2 hardware threads
