Help! My home computer can't play 8K videos smoothly and took 2 long hours to render a 4.5 min 8K video.

My home computer technical specifications are:

AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics processor
Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard
32 GB DDR4-2666 memory
MSI GeForce GTX 1650 4 GB GDDR5 GPU
Windows 10 Home
Vegas Pro 17

My MSI GeForce GTX 1650 4 GB GDDR5 GPU does not have a NVIDIA Encoder (NVENC) for 8K videos, so Vegas Pro 17 is using the CPU alone to render 8K videos.

When I am rendering 8K videos, Vegas Pro 17 frequently gave the following error and frequently hang:

"The system is low on memory"

I have to set the following settings so that Vegas Pro 17 could render my 8K video successfully.

Vegas Pro 17 settings
=====================

Maximum number of rendering threads = 4
Dynamic RAM Preview max (MB) = 0

You can refer to the following thread:

"The system is low on memory" 4k render error (when it clearly is not)

To improve my 8K video rendering speed, I am thinking of upgrading my computer hardware. Will upgrading my MSI GeForce GTX 1650 4 GB GDDR5 to GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB GDDR6 suffice? I observe that Geforce RTX 2060 has a NVIDIA Encoder (NVENC) for 8K (7680x4320) videos.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you.
