2 years 5 months ago (in Oct and Nov 2019), Singapore General Hospital and Tan Tock Seng Hospital orthopaedic surgeons certified that I have degeneration (osteoarthritis) of both knees.


About 3 months ago, I believe it was on 8 Dec 2021, 1 day after my 3rd Sinovac Covid-19 vaccine jab, I experienced pain on my right ankle. It was so painful that I could not stand up and walk. I was admitted to Tan Tock Seng Hospital for 2 days, I believe. The doctors could not decide whether it was gout or I have sprained my right ankle.


On the afternoon of 5 March 2022 Saturday, I experienced some minor pain on my left ankle. Nevertheless I went for an 1.5 hours walk at Marina Bay Sands in the evening. On the next morning, which is 6 March 2022 Sunday, my left ankle became so painful that I had to limp while walking. Today, 7 March 2022 Monday, I went to see the doctor at Kallang Polyclinic in Singapore. X-ray images of my left ankle shows degeneration, as explained by the doctor.


A few years ago I have degeneration of both knees. Now I have degeneration of both ankles as well. Does it mean that I will not be able to walk any more in a few years??????????? Will I still be able to work?


Please refer to screenshot of the X-ray report below. Also attached is a screenshot of Samsung Health app. It shows that I have clocked walking 20 kilometers in one day on 5 March 2022 Saturday itself.
