Teo En Ming is a 40-year old National University of Singapore (NUS) graduate and lives in a $26 HDB One-Room Rental Flat for the extremely poor.

He has a Bachelor degree (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering (earned in 2006), with a polytechnic diploma in Mechatronics Engineering (earned in 1998) and another polytechnic diploma in Computer Networking (earned in 2017).
