I cannot survive in Singapore. Which country should I go to?

My boss says he received feedback from *ALL* of the 5000 TRILLION companies in Singapore that they think my IQ is too low, that I am too slow and I take too long in solving IT problems. So *ALL* of the companies in Singapore don't want me to handle their IT problems. Since *ALL* of the companies in Singapore don't want me to be their IT solutions provider and I cannot survive in Singapore any more, should I go overseas to apply for Economic Refugee status? Which developed country should I go to?
