A Foreigner's Opinion

One day I was at Funan Shopping Mall Singapore. I saw a foreigner. I approached him. He told me he is from The Netherlands. I asked him if he knows what a Targeted Individual is. He has no idea. So I explained to him that a Targeted Individual is a person who is persecuted, targeted and marked by the government. Then he replied, "Oh it's normal. There is nothing surprising. There are bound to be people who are marked by the government in every country in the world."
