Definition of Snowflake

Andrew Loh: A real snowflake are people who pay themselves millions and millions of dollars (from taxpayers) and still believe they are not paid enough, and wail and whine when their salary is cut by a few thousand because they fear their lifestyles will be affected by having a few thousand dollars less. 

Being a snowflake is a PAP trait.
