I solved the problem of cannot access SAP server for a customer on 4 May 2021 Tuesday

I solved the problem of cannot access SAP server for a customer on 4 May 2021 Tuesday by bringing down the SAP IPsec VPN tunnel in Fortigate 200D firewall and then bringing the tunnel up.
